Le Gin de Christian Drouin, Calvados Cask Finish is a one-of-a-kind, small-batch gin that begins with Drouin’s celebrated apple-based spirit—made from 30 varieties of Normandy cider apples and 8 botanicals distilled separately for precision and harmony.

After distillation, a handful of 225-L ex-Calvados casks (around 10 years old) are selected to mature the gin for over a year, deepening texture and amplifying orchard character. The result is rounder, more complex and unmistakably apple-forward—an elegant bridge between gin and Calvados traditions. Limited to ~2,850 bottles per batch.

Tasting profile
Aromas of ripe apple and gentle Calvados, with layers of vanilla and toasted oak framing juniper, cardamom, and a lift of citrus. The palate is silky and orchard-rich, finishing long with subtle barrel spice.
